By accessing or using LabelSets ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, and other users.
LabelSets is a marketplace that connects sellers of labeled AI training datasets with buyers who need such data for machine learning and AI development purposes. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the contracts formed between buyers and sellers.
You must create an account to buy or sell on LabelSets. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
By listing a dataset on LabelSets, you confirm that:
We run automated quality checks on all uploads. Datasets that fail our validation pipeline will not be listed. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion. Sellers with repeated policy violations may be permanently banned from the Platform.
Sellers must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts. Payouts are processed weekly, subject to a minimum threshold of $25.
When you purchase a dataset:
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the dataset materially differs from its description or fails to download successfully. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
LabelSets charges a platform commission on each completed sale. The current commission rate is:
Sellers receive 85% (or 100% during promotion) of the listed price. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
All datasets listed on LabelSets must comply with the following standards:
Violations result in immediate removal, account termination, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
LabelSets does not claim ownership of datasets uploaded by sellers. Sellers retain all rights to their data. By listing on the Platform, sellers grant LabelSets a limited licence to display dataset metadata, preview images, and quality scores for marketplace purposes.
The LabelSets brand, website design, validation technology, and platform software are owned by LabelSets and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
You may not use LabelSets to:
LabelSets provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We encourage buyers and sellers to resolve disputes directly. If you cannot reach a resolution, contact us at support@labelsets.ai and we will mediate in good faith.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Delaware, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
